“Healthy Homes” is a Proactive Solution to your home maintenance needs. 3R’s Construction has created this affordable program to combine home inspection and predictive maintenance with handyman services. 3R’s Healthy Home Inspectors will be able to alert you of impending maintenance issues in your home before they crate an expensive and urgent situation.

In our current economic downtrend, it is more important than ever to know what costs will be incurred to maintain your home and investment. By knowing how long an appliance will last or being advised on ways to conserve energy we will help you save money. Replacing a worn roof before it fails…maintaining a furnace properly to increase its lifespan…or detecting mold prior to it taking over your house and affecting your health are all examples of how 3R’s Healthy Home Program will protect your home and family.
